Maryland Boho Picnic Party

Hey Glammies! It’s been a really long time since I’ve shared a blog post with you. I wanted to share our Maryland Boho Picnic Party with you.

So much has happened since the last time I posted. We have faced a global pandemic that has affected all of our lives. For me, I lost my bestfriend of 23 years, Vincent, in April of 2020 due to the coronavirus. Talk about a devastating blow. During that time, I grieved Vincent’s death, started a new job as Assistant Events Manager at a large sports and recreational facility, and I have revamped A Glam Good Time.

I felt like since so many changes have happened in my life, I needed to do something different with A Glam Good Time. It was time for a new look and feel. I added new party experiences that fit a range of clients.

One of the first parties I hosted in celebration of my revamp was a Maryland Boho picnic party for my best girlfriends. After the year we had, I wanted to bring my girls together to celebrate them, my love for them and our long lasting friendships. That is just what I did! The ladies came in from Kansas, Missouri, Philadelphia and Virginia for a day of fun, laughter, good food and cocktails!

I rented out Centennial Park in Ellicott City, MD where I set up a beautiful setup. From a delicious charcuterie board and crab cakes catered by Haywards Private Chef and Catering to delicious desserts ordered from Nothin’ Bundt Cakes, Cosmo Cookies and Belly Well Sweets, I couldn’t ask for a more delicious spread.
