Good Morning Glam’friends! As many of you may know, we recently launched our Glam-in-a-Box collection and couldn’t be more thrilled about it! This blog post is super fun for us because while we offer preset themes in our Glam-in-a-Box collection, sometimes we come across those clients/parties that we don’t have a theme for. No problem because being who we are, of course we also offer custom themes for our boxes.
When I began discussing the design with Angela, owner of The B Hive Apiary, I was excited about the possibilities! The B Hive is a group of fabulous women that come together in the name of sisterhood, friendship and women empowerment. They celebrate through happy hours, fitness activities, monthly book club meetings and other social activities. This organization resonates with us because our mission is celebrating all things girly!
Now this particular theme was also fun for me because I LOVE reading and I LOVE a good book club! I hurried right over to Audible and grabbed the book of the month that the girls from The B Hive were reading and that would be the source of the design for their box, The Woman in Cabin 10. I also ordered a copy of the book because I instantly knew that I wanted to incorporate the cover and some of the pages in my design. I wasn’t immediately sure of how I would do this but just knew I would and I was right!
Not only were we able to make the ladies happy once they received and set up their decor, but The Woman in Cabin 10 was also an interesting read as well! #winning
